There are several ways to check your order status. You may call us at 607-438-3911 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order status is also automatically updated and sent via to the e-mail address that you completed the order with.
If you'd like to cancel an order or make a change after completing the order, you should contact us at 607-438-3911 or by e-mail at email@example.com. Requests may not be authorized after the order has shipped as our Return Policy will then take effect.
How Shipping Policy is simple. View our shipping rates. Restrictions apply. Heavy items and items of unusual packaging may sometimes require a custom shipping quote. We won't process your order until we've received your acceptance of the quote.
